(CLEVELAND,OH) The American Sim Racing Series will return to the famed ¼ mile bullring in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on March 2nd, as the ASRS Outlaw Paintshop All American Series hits the track known as “The Madhouse”.
It won’t be the first trip to Bowman-Gray for ASRS, as the Pure Stock Series raced there in 2006, with its wild and crazy action being a “smash hit” for all. But since 2006, Bowman Gray has sat quiet for ASRS racing. “Bowman Gray is an excellent addition to our 2010 schedule, as it offers close racing and excitement every lap of the way” says ASRS President Jim Foose. “We made a decision to go back after nearly four years because our drivers requested it and we felt it would be a great showing for our series” Foose continued.
The ASRS Outlaw Paintshop All American Series is in its fifth year of competition. A 32 race schedule makes up the 2010 series, which will again feature Spring and Fall Championship seasons.
The American Sim Racing Series has seen continued growth since its birth in 2002. Since 2005, some of the biggest names in short track sim racing have raced in the American Sim Racing Series, making it America’s #1 Online Short Track League.
