The Championship committee will oversee all protests/appeals of penalties handed down by the series administration and will meet every other week via a sub-forum on the ASRS network and by email, as well as voice meetings on Teamspeak. It will be the Championship Committee's decision to hear appeals and make a determination based on the facts presented to them and congruent with the ASRS Rulebook. The Championship Committee will report its findings to the Series President following each meeting. In extreme circumstances the Series President may override the Championship Committee's decision. The Championship Committee will NOT hear protests of denied approval, black flags or caution credits handed out during events. They will also NOT hear any cases of False Representation. Each protesting driver MUST provide the Championship Committee with THEIR OWN replay, a statement on the incident, and the reason that they feel the penalty is unfair. The series adminstration may also file a replay with the Championship Committee and include a statement regarding the incident. A driver has 24 hours after a penalty is announced via the "Penalty Box" forum to officially protest that penalty, after that time any protests/appeals will be null and void. Each Championship Committee meeting will consist of three (3) Championship Committee members. The Championship Committee is made up of the following members: Jake Morris Mike McClure Steve Buhala Justin McLeod
